Payment Arrangements
For payment processing, you will receive a payment link. 20% of the accommodation price is due at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due 30 days before arrival.
No cash payment possible on site.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check‒In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the codes for the house entrance as well as for your key box on your mobile number and simultaneously to your email address on the day of arrival at 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, an earlier check‒in is not possible.
Keys
The check‒in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 5 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Directly in front of the accommodation, there are 4 marked angled parking spaces – THE RULE IS: First come, first serve!
To avoid fines, please only park in the four marked angled parking spaces in front of the house. If these are occupied, please park at the public parking lot at the corner of Kaiser Karl Street/Korbinian Schallmoser Street – reachable in 3 minutes on foot. Alternatively, there are 2 public parking spaces at the Grödig municipal office.
Check‒Out & Key Return
The accommodation and the parking space must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest. Our cleaning staff arrives at this time and prepares the apartment for the next guest. Unfortunately, a late check‒out cannot be offered. Return the key to your key box next to the door to the apartment.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
For each person, a linen set is provided consisting of a sheet, a pillowcase, a duvet cover, and two towels. Each toilet is also stocked with two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find one dish towel.
Hygiene Products
Soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathrooms.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
